Overview of HAHA at IberLEF 2026: Humor Analysis based on Human Annotation and Automatic Humor Generation

We present the results of HAHA at IberLEF 2026: Humor Analysis based on Human Annotation and Automatic Humor Generation. This year's edition of the competition includes the classic task of humor detection, alongside a new track on LLM-generated humor identification. Additionally, we introduce a third task on humor generation subject to human preference. We describe the corpus created for the challenge, the competition phases, the submitted systems, and the main results obtained.
